On an annual basis, the IDEA Infant & Toddler Coordinators Association identifies critical issues that face state administrators as they implement the requirements of the Part C program. As part of our commitment, the Association selects one issue of compelling interest and develops a Position Statement on that topic, reflecting the consensus of the member states.
