The Board of Directors
shall consist of seven directors and shall include
the President, Immediate Past President,
Vice-President (who serves as President-elect),
Secretary-Treasurer, and three members elected
at-large. The Board makes every effort to ensure
diverse geographic and lead agency representation.
The Board is elected on a rotational basis with two
directors elected in each calendar year.
